Here at McClellan Lake you'll almost certainly meet some people from Lake City; Falling Creek is a pleasant whitewater spot close by. McClellan Lake mostly gets lots of precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is October. What a place this is for outdoors people. McClellan Lake is not the only spot close by, Classy Pond is a close by lake. This       lake is so wonderful. Camping at Suwannee Valley Campground is always a fine experience; if you need a place to stay Best Western Inn is a good choice. If you came to camp Lee's Country Campground is a delightful place to do that, and taking a little spree to close by Grissom Hole is a perfect idea. Dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn, and you can run the rapids of Suwannee River. All through the summertime months at McClellan Lake highs                  are generally in the 90's while overnight lows are mostly in the 70's.
