Lots of rainfall falls at Lake Lucina; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and November meanwhile is the driest month. Value Place Merill Road is a wonderful site to get some rest, and do schedule some time to have a look at Empire Point if you have a chance. A lake nearby is Southern Pond;       some of the water nearby flows, like Arlington River. Lake Lucina is great enough to spend more than a day at, Fleetwood RV Park is a great local campground. During the months of summer here at Lake Lucina, high temperatures generally get into the 90's with nighttime lows in the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 60's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Lake Lucina drop into the 40's. This lake is so wonderful.                  If you're going to Lake Lucina from Jacksonville, you won't be the only one, and if you need a place to stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Jacksonville West/Chaffee Point is a great choice.
