Camping is available at Suwannee Valley Campground; a lake close by is McClellan Lake. Summertime highs at Low Lake typically tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 70's. Highs throughout the wintertime are generally in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Low Lake are in the 40's. This lake is so wonderful. A       good location to camp here at Low Lake is Lee's Country Campground; get dripping wet paddling on Falling Creek. All the outdoors exciting things in the neighborhood of Low Lake will keep you coming back many times. Grissom Hole is reasonably in close proximity to Low Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn-White Springs/Live Oak. Low Lake is a wet place that gets much precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain while October                  is commonly the driest month.
