    A visit to Lost Lake is always a good idea. Some nearby water includes Lostmans Creek Number Three; you can go for a hike on the Lostmans Trail. There's so much to do here at Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Big Cypress Campgrounds is a glorious place for that, and you are near Cabbage Bay while you're here.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Lost Lake a wet site; June is the wettest month with most rain, and April is when it's the
 
   driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Port of the Islands Resort and Marina is a brilliant choice, and good hiking is available along the County Line Trail. Summertime highs at Lost Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 70's. During the wintertime highs are frequently in the 70's, and winter nights come with lows in the 50's to Lost Lake.
