Lost Lake is a pretty wet place generally with lots of rain; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is April. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a splendid close by course is Crystal Creek Country Club; Lost Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Placid Campground is a tremendous local campground.       What a place this is for outdoors people. Four Points by Sheraton Sebring, Chateau Elan is a delightful place to get some rest. If you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LAKE PLACID is a good choice, and great hiking is available along the Footman Trail. Lakes? Sure, Lake Sirena is close by, and there are plenty of people from Sebring here at Lost Lake. During the warmest time of the year at Lost Lake highs are usually in the 90's.                  For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 70's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 70's while the cold winter nights at Lost Lake are in the 40's.
