Lost Lake is a wet location that gets a great deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June, and April meanwhile is the driest month. Man, is there plenty of exciting things to do right next door to Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Crystal Creek Country Club not far from Lost Lake. There's so much to do here at Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a       while, Lake Placid Campground is a good place for that. Summertime highs at Lost Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 90's while night lows are regularly in the 70's. For the period of the winter the highs are mostly in the 70's, and winter nights come with lows in the 40's to Lost Lake. There are plenty of folks from Sebring here at Lost Lake, and you can stay the night at Highlands Hammock State Park. A tremendous close by hotel is Ramada Inn Lake Placid                  Conference Center; if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the Footman Trail.
