Summertime at Long Pond comes with high temperatures in the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 60's with temperatures at Long Pond dipping down into the 40's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such serene places, why not stop at Block Pond right next door to Long Pond, and why not camp at Seven Acres RV Park and Sales if       you're here at Long Pond. Long Pond ordinarily gets a large amount of precipitation; through the month of August you get the most rain around here while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Dry warm beds await you at Brooksville Days Inn, and a round of golf at nearby Whispering Oaks Country Club is a nice way to kill some time.
