Long Pond commonly gets a great deal of rain; most of the rain       falls during August while October is mostly the driest month. During the summer highs here at Long Pond get into the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 60's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Long Pond dip into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
