During the summertime, highs typically are in the 90's at Long Pond, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 60's with temperatures at Long Pond dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Camping at Long Pond is perfect fun, Old Town Koa Kampground is a perfect local campground, and a pretty lake like Jennings Lake is a nice location to pop by. The high level of precipitation makes Long Pond a reasonably wet place; July is the wettest month with most rain while October is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
