This lake is so wonderful. Little Lake is not the only place close by, Long Pond is a close by lake, and a wonderful close by hotel is Windmill Drive Apartments. The high level of precipitation makes Little Lake a reasonably wet place; through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is October. The great folks of Homosassa Springs like to       hang out nearby; if you came to camp Cove Campground is a good spot to do that. There's so much to do here at Little Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Trail's End Camp is a nice place for that. Through the summertime months here at Little Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 90's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 70's.
