Little Hell Lake frequently gets a large amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most, and October is the month with the least moisture. If you came for an overnight stay Suwannee River State Park is a good spot to camp, and in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Suwannee River. For the duration of       the summertime at Little Hell Lake temperatures are frequently in the 90's; the night is a bit cooler of course, mostly in the 70's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 60's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Little Hell Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Live Oak, and there are swamps here too, Gum Slough is close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Spirit of the Suwannee                  Music Park and Campground since you're here at Little Hell Lake, and Village Lodge is a tremendous location to get some rest.
