There's so much to do here at Lake Lindley that you need to camp here for a while, Hontoon Island State Park is a tremendous site for that, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach. At Lake Lindley during the warm days of summer highs are       in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. All through the winter the highs are commonly in the 60's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Lindley temperatures dip to the 40's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll hit upon a scenic lake called North Lake Talmadge near Lake Lindley; Lake Lindley is good enough to spend more than a day at, Deland/Orange City KOA is a good local campground.
