Jumper Lake is a lake nearby; why not camp at Lake Rousseau RV Park while you're here at Lake Rousseau. Lake Rousseau is a wet place that gets lots of precipitation; through August       this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is October. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lake Rousseau you will meet lots of people from close by Homosassa Springs, and if you need a place to stay Quality Inn Crystal River is a good choice. Camping is available at Cannon Oaks Mobile Home Park, and you can go for a hike on the West Fort Island Trail. At Lake Rousseau during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's. For the                  period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's.
