A lot of rainfall falls at Lake Clyde; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is April. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Don't forget to take a fine little trip to Chula Vista Bayou. Stay the night at Playground Mobile Home and RV Park, and Shalimar Pointe Golf & Country Club is a perfect golf course nearby. You'll need more than a day to explore everything       Lake Clyde has to offer, you can camp at Bayview Campground, and if you need a spot to stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Walton Beach-Eglin AFB is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Earl is a nearby lake that you could visit, and a delightful close by hotel is Ramada Plaza Beach Resort - Fort Walton Beach. All through the months of summer at Lake Clyde temperatures are commonly in the 90's, and the nighttime is a little cooler of course, typically                  in the 70's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 60's with temperatures at Lake Clyde dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
