If you like swamps, you're in luck, Knowles Drain is right nearby; camping at Kid Pond is delightful fun, Arrowhead Campsites is a delightful local campground. Summertime at Kid Pond arrives with high temperatures in the       90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Kid Pond temperatures descend to the 30's.
