This lake is so wonderful. This is a good area for folks who like lakes. Hanna Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and there are plenty of folks from Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater here. Richeau Lake is a swamp next to Keene Lake; golf can be played at Cheval Country       Club Golf Course. And that's not all you can do here at Keene Lake. A nice close by hotel is Days Inn Tampa -North of Busch Gardens, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Commston Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Keene Lake a wet location; most of the rain falls through August, and April is when it's the driest. Through the days of summer highs here at Keene Lake reach the 90's while night                  lows are usually in the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 60's while Keene Lake overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 40's.
