Take a hike on the Ocala National Recreation Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Lake Eaton Campground is a great place to camp. Hiking along the Baptist Lake Trasil is nice fun, and people from Ocala love to come here. All the outdoors entertaining things close to Lake Jumper will keep you coming back over and over. Lake Jumper is right by the Prairie Trail. You could also check out Deer Lake while you're       here at Lake Jumper; it's close by; after a long day outdoors Days Inn Silver Springs FL is a glorious site to spend a night or two. The high level of rainfall makes Lake Jumper a quite wet place; all through July this area sees the most rain; October is when it's the driest. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Lake Jumper while nighttime lows are commonly in the 70's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 60's, and night lows at Lake                  Jumper throughout the wintertime commonly sink into the 40's. This lake is so wonderful.
