This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Lake Clifton is in the neighborhood, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn De Land. That right there is a heap already, but it goes on; Johnson Lake has it all. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Tedder Lake. You'll need more       than a day to explore everything Johnson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Hontoon Island State Park. Johnson Lake is a wonderful location to visit for more than one day, Highland Park Fish Camp is a wonderful location to camp nearby; Ponce de Leon Springs is a charming site to go to while you're at Johnson Lake. Johnson Lake gets lots of water; most of the rain falls during July, and November is the month with the least moisture. During the summer, highs                  ordinarily are in the 90's at Johnson Lake. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 70's.
