After a long day outdoors SpringHill Suites Miami Airport South is a great place to spend a night or two, and not far from Lake Joanne you'll find Blue Lagoon which is a lovely lake. Big Cypress National Preserve is a very perfect spot to explore next to Lake Joanne. Lakes are delightful; Lake Mahar is a lake that's right next door to Lake Joanne. This lake is so wonderful. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 70's with temperatures at Lake Joanne dipping down into the 50's during winter nights.
