A visit to Welaunee Sink revives the spirit; Lake Jackson is great enough to spend more than a day at, Econfina On-The Gulf is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Monticello is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and Aucilla River has a brilliant whitewater                  paddling spot nearby. All through the long summer days at Lake Jackson temperatures are typically in the 90's while nighttime lows are generally in the 60's.
