During the long summer days highs here at Island Pond reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 70's. All through the winter the highs are commonly in the 60's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Island Pond dip into the 30's. The high level of rainfall makes Island Pond a reasonably wet site; most of the rain falls during July, and October on the other hand is the driest. Microtel       Inn Panama City is a good location to get some rest, and if you came to camp Deer Haven Park is a nice location to do that. While you're here at Island Pond you will meet lots of people from nearby Panama City-Lynn Haven; camping at Paradise Lakes Resort is always a good experience. Do go to Little Blue Lake right next door to Island Pond, it's a beautiful lake. This lake is so wonderful.
