    Interlocking Lakes is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. A picturesque lake like A S T Kraysland Pond near Interlocking Lakes is a glorious spot to check out, and why not camp at Koa Kampground Of Chattahoochee since you're here at Interlocking Lakes. Holman Branch flows through this region; you'll locate a wonderful lake called C W Thomas Lake. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Interlocking Lakes temperatures are ordinarily in  
   the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 70's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 60's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Interlocking Lakes.

Silver Lake

WONDERFUL!  I am so glad to find this site, and look forward to submitting pictures of Silver Lake.  In the meantime, please note that there is NO camping at Silver Lake.  There has been no camping at Silver Lake in ten or twelve years.

However, there is a nice clean little swimming hole with a sandy beach which is enjoyed by a nice mix of people. Silver Lake is a family place -- alcohol is not allowed, and pets need to be on a leash -- and people have a good time together in this clean, convenient park....

Dog Lake

Dog Lake is much more of a pond than a lake.  Perhaps, that can be attributed to a drought.  The white sandy beach is nice and plentiful.  There is a nice view of the sky and stars from Dog Lake.  However, with its close proximity to the Tallahassee airport, the sky and the air are often disrupted by planes landing and taking off....
