Indian Pond typically gets a large amount of precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain while October is frequently the driest month. There are other places here than Indian Pond, for example Johns Pond; camping is available at Lee's Country Campground. Through the warm days of summer highs here       at Indian Pond get into the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 60's with winter lows in the 40's overnight here at Indian Pond. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Bell Prairie                  is a pretty site any time of year; there's whitewater on Suwannee River for all you adrenaline people. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Quail Heights Country Club not far from Indian Pond, and going for a hike along the Osceola Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region.
