Camping at Lake Oklawaha RV Resort is always a pleasant experience. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Bay Lake, and Days Inn Silver Springs FL is a nice place to get some rest. Summer at Horseshoe Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 60's while the cold winter nights       at Horseshoe Lake are in the 40's. This lake is so wonderful. A great site to camp here at Horseshoe Lake is Oklawaha RV Park and Canoe Outpost, and since you're here you can play some golf at Gator Landing Golf Club & Camp Ground. Here at Horseshoe Lake you'll probably meet some folks from Palatka; if you need a place to stay Inn and Spa at the Springs is a pleasant choice.
