What a nice lake Holly Lake is. Some of the water close by flows, like Bell Bay Branch; a great nearby hotel is Best Value Inn - Defuniak Springs. A large amount of rain falls at Holly Lake; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Juniper Lake Camp Ground is a fine location to camp, and don't miss out on a magnificent swamp; Bell

If you need a place to stay Defuniak Springs Super 8 Motel is a great choice. High temperatures at Holly Lake all through the days of summer are in the 90's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 60's with temperatures at Holly Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Why not camp at Sunset King Lake RV Resort if you're here at Holly Lake. Lakes are great; Buffalo Lake is a lake that's close to Holly Lake.
