Do set aside some time for Blue Sink while you're here at Harris Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Brooksville Days Inn. If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great globe it would be. Harris Pond is not far at all from Homosassa Springs, and a striking lake like Bagwell Lake is a brilliant place to go to. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Harris Pond. All through       the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 70's. All through the winter highs are frequently in the 60's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Harris Pond sink into the 40's. Harris Pond gets a large amount of water; the month with most of the rain is August; October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Brooksville Country Club at Majestic Oaks is a magnificent golf course nearby; a glorious place to camp                  here at Harris Pond is Brentwood Lake Camping.
