Lakes are such serene sites, why not visit Crooked Pond near Graveyard Pond, and Holiday Inn Express CHIPLEY is a fine place to get some rest. A great deal of rainfall falls at Graveyard Pond; during the month of July you get the most rain around here; October meanwhile is the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at       Comfort Inn & Suites, and Sunny Hills Golf Club is a tremendous golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. Do schedule some time to stop at Gator Hole near Graveyard Pond if you have a chance; Graveyard Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Paradise Lakes Resort is a great local campground. Summer at Graveyard Pond comes with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 70's. The cold days of the                  winter come with highs in the 60's; nighttime lows through the winter for Graveyard Pond tend to be in the 30's. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area next to Graveyard Pond has to offer.
