Grass Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps don’t sound that delightful but Black Lake right next door to Grass Pond is pretty delightful, and if you're a golfer then a magnificent close by course is Lakes of Lady Lake Golf Course. What a site this is for outdoors people. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites The Villages is a glorious spot to spend a night or two, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Prairie Trail. Grass Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Blue Parrot Camping Park is a splendid local campground, and Lake Ivanhoe is a good lake close by.
