High temperatures at Gibbs Pond during the summer are in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 70's. All through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 60's while Gibbs Pond nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's. What a place this is for outdoors folks.       Lakes are such serene places, why not go to Port Leon Lake in close proximity to Gibbs Pond; a charming lake like Lighthouse Pool is a great site to stop by. Gibbs Pond gets much water; July is the month that gets the most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. Looking for some flowing water? There's so much to do here at Gibbs Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Shell Island Fish Camp is a tremendous site for that.
