During the warmest time of the year highs here at Gator Pond reach the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 60's, and nighttime lows at Gator Pond all through the wintertime typically descend into the 30's. Gator Pond in fact is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. This       lake is so wonderful. Not far from Gator Pond, you'll find Sand Lake which is a beautiful lake, and a splendid close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express CHIPLEY. Gator Pond ordinarily gets a good deal of rainfall; through the month of July you get the most rain around here while October                  is mostly the driest month.
