Through the warmest time of the year at Gator Lake temperatures are usually in the 90's. Summer night lows sink down to the 70's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 60's; overnight lows during the winter for Gator Lake tend to be in the 40's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Gator Lake a wet location; most of the rain falls during July, and November       is when it's the driest. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things near Gator Lake. A good nearby hotel is Comfort Inn De Land, and in the vicinity of Gator Lake you come across a golf course called Southridge Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Baptist Lake Trasil is good fun, and during your visit here you'll meet some people from Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach for sure.
