Camping at Port Of The Islands Rv Park is always a good experience; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Hog Pond. All the water falling down from the sky makes Flinthead Lake a wet place; the month with most of the rain is June while December is mostly       the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Port of the Islands Resort and Marina is a magnificent choice, and a splendid spot to camp here at Flinthead Lake is Club Naples RV Resort. At Flinthead Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 70's, and night lows at Flinthead Lake throughout the                  winter mostly sink into the 50's.
