Camping is available at Lake Swan Camp Office, and if you get bored of Echo Lake you could also pop by close by Lake Hutchinson. This place, Echo Lake, it truly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Dry warm beds await you at Red Carpet Inn Starke, and if you're a golfer then a great close by course is Keystone Golf & Country Club. Why not camp at Mike Roess       Gold Head Branch State Park since you're here at Echo Lake, and Sleep Inn & Suites Waldo is a good spot to get some rest. Echo Lake gets lots of water; August is the wettest month with most rain, and October is when it's the driest. Summertime highs at Echo Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 90's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 60's.
