Summertime at Deep Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's, and the overnight is slightly chillier of course, commonly in the 70's. Through the winter highs are in the 60's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Deep Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. You're probably into lakes, Crab Lake is one of those nearby. You'll need more than a day to look at everything       Deep Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lee's Country Campground. Be careful coming to Deep Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. If you're going to Deep Lake from Lake City, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn, and at Deep Lake you can observe Rocky Hill. The high level of rain makes Deep Lake a reasonably wet place; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's                  the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is October. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Live Oak is a great place to spend a night or two, and Falling Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby.
