After a long day outdoors Best Western Panhandle Capital Inn & Suites is a good site to spend a night or two, and going for a hike along the Vinzant will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Camping is available at Ochlockonee River State Park, and not far from Cypress Pond you'll hit upon Lake Ellen which is a       pretty lake. During the months of summer at Cypress Pond highs are typically in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 60's while Cypress Pond night low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Wildwood Country Club is a brilliant way to kill some time. Lakes are good; Whiddon Lake is a lake that's close to Cypress Pond.                  You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up.
