This lake is so wonderful. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Baptist Lake Trasil, and North Grasshopper Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do in the vicinity of Crooked Lake. Hiking along the       Ocala National Recreation Trail is great fun. Crooked Lake is a reasonably wet place ordinarily with a large amount of precipitation; through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and November on the other hand is the driest. Take a hike on the Flatwoods Trail; Tropical Resort and Marina is a nice spot to get some rest. If you need a spot to stay Lake View Motel is a pleasant choice. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Crooked                  Lake has to offer, you can camp at Wild woods Resort. Summertime highs at Crooked Lake typically tend to be in the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 70's.
