There's some flowing water close by, Crane Branch is a stream you can visit while here; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Milton. All the water falling down from the sky makes Crane Lake a wet location; through July this area sees the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.       High temperatures at Crane Lake all through the warm months are in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 70's. Highs during the winter are regularly in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Crane Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Blackwater River State Park is a glorious local campground, and while you're here why not pop by Dry Hollow. You'll meet a lot of people from Fort Walton Beach-Crestview-Destin here, and Crane Lake is not                  the only site close by, Grimes Lake is a close by lake. Crane Lake really is in the middle of a charming outdoors paradise.
