A great deal of rainfall falls at Crab Lake; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is October. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There are plenty of people from Lake City here at Crab Lake, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Falling Creek. Through the months of summer at Crab       Lake highs are mostly in the 90's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 70's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 60's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Crab Lake sink into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Live Oak, and Crab Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Suwannee River State Park is a great place to camp nearby.
