Camping is available at Sandy Point Restaurant. Coop Pond is not far at all from Lake City, and lakes are such calm places, why not check out Bone Pond. Throughout the summertime here at Coop Pond, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 90's; the nighttime is somewhat colder of course, mostly in the 70's.       The winter brings highs down to the 60's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Coop Pond. The high level of rain makes Coop Pond a rather wet location; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month of the year is October. This lake is so wonderful.
