Clay Lake is a nice lake to visit. There are delightful spots to look at along the Flatwoods Trail, and do check out Cowpen Pond, it's a charming lake. And that's not all you can do here at Clay Lake. Don't leave Clay Lake without first going for a hike along the Baptist Lake Trasil. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to take a look at some attention-grabbing stuff, take a look at Deadmans Bend, and if you're here, you could also stop by striking Deerhaven

| | Lake. Through the summer at Clay Lake temperatures are typically in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. Through the winter highs are in the 60's with temperatures at Clay Lake dipping down into the 40's during winter nights. Highland Park Fish Camp is a nice campground nearby, and Comfort Inn De Land is a glorious place to get some rest.
