Lakes are such serene spots, why not stop by Juniper Lake close to Lake Chipley, and a delightful site to camp here at Lake Chipley is Juniper Lake Camp Ground. Take a look at close by Juniper Creek, and camping is available at Bass Haven Camp Ground. Lake Chipley is a wet location that gets a great deal of rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A pretty lake like Lake Stanley close to Lake Chipley is a pleasant location to check out, and a perfect nearby hotel is Super 8 Defuniak Springs. Throughout the long summer days, highs commonly are in the 90's at Lake Chipley, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 60's while Lake Chipley overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's. | |
