Why not camp at Orlando SE/Lake Whippoorwill KOA since you're here at Cat Lake, and swamps don’t sound that tremendous but Jug Creek Swamp in the vicinity of Cat Lake is pretty tremendous. Lakes are such serene spots, why not stop by Buck Lake close to Cat Lake. Cat Lake is a wet location that gets much       precipitation; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is April. This lake is so wonderful.
