     Florida has many beautiful lakes and Carr Lake is one of them. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Carr Lake while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's, and night lows through the wintertime for Carr Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Carr Lake, you could visit Crane Branch. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Carr Lake  
   has to offer, you can camp at Blackwater River State Park. At Carr Lake you always meet someone from Fort Walton Beach-Crestview-Destin, and Carr Lake is a splendid place to visit for more than one day, River's Edge RV Campground is a splendid place to camp nearby.
Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Carr Lake is a quite wet place mostly with a large amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July, and October is when it's
 
               the driest. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Crane Lake, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Milton is a tremendous choice.
Lakes are good; Guest Lake is a lake that's next to Carr Lake; dry warm beds await you at Red Carpet Inn Milton.

I think that the Fla. Division Of Forestry should put a stop to people saving sights for days with a small tent before parking their unit on the sight.  People are tuned away that could be utilizing these sights and enjoying our beautiful area.  I realize the division is still collecting the same money for the sight.  But it is agravating to drive through hoping to park your unit and find half or more sights saved with a small tent and no one in them....
