Carpenter Pond is a wet location that gets a good deal of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is usually July, that's the one that rains the most, and October is when it's the driest. Swamps are attention-grabbing places and Rat Pond close to Carpenter Pond is no exception. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Carpenter Pond has to offer, you can camp at Seminole       Lodge. High temperatures at Carpenter Pond throughout the long summer days are in the 90's. Summer night lows drop down to the 70's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 60's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Carpenter Pond dip into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Carpenter Pond, you'll stumble on Lake Finnely which is a lovely lake, and if you need a site to stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Marianna is                  a fine choice.
