This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Inn Express CHIEFLAND is a good location to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Careless Prairie that you need to camp here for a while, Hart Springs Park is a pleasant location for that. You'll discover a charming lake called Fish Pond near Careless       Prairie. Summertime highs at Careless Prairie ordinarily tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 70's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 60's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Careless Prairie temperatures plunge to the 30's. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Suwannee Valley Inn, and Careless Prairie is great enough to spend more than a day at, Otter Springs RV Resort is a great local campground.
