Camping is available at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park, and during your journey here you'll meet some folks from Lake City for sure. Paddling on Falling Creek is so much fun; a brilliant close by hotel is Econo Lodge Live Oak. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Campground Lake get into the 90's while overnight lows are frequently in the 60's. For the period       of the wintertime highs are generally in the 60's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Campground Lake. You imagine that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Campground Lake gets a lot of water; August is the month that gets the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Suwannee River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby, and if you need a site to stay Americas Best Value Inn is a great choice.
