The high level of rainfall makes Lake Byron a quite wet site; most of the rain falls during August; December is when it's the driest. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Lake Byron. This lake is so wonderful. Deland/Orange City KOA is a brilliant campground nearby,       and playing golf is lots of fun at Victoria Hills Golf Club.
