There's good hiking along the Baptist Lake Trasil, and swamps are exciting locations and Lake Holly near Buck Lake is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Buck Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Deerhaven Campgrounds is a pleasant local campground; Orange City-Days Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest. You truly have to like Buck Lake. Here at Buck Lake you'll in all       probability meet some folks from Orlando. Buck Lake gets a good deal of water; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is December. Camping at Highbanks Marina and Camp Resort is always a magnificent experience, and dry warm beds await you at 1876 Heritage Inn. At Buck Lake throughout the warm months highs are in the 90's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 60's, and overnight                  lows at Buck Lake through the winter typically plunge into the 40's. Don't leave Buck Lake without first going for a hike along the Flatwoods Trail. Lakes?
