     There's some flowing water nearby, Fanning Branch is a stream you can stop at while you're here, and a good nearby hotel is Comfort Inn & Suites. This lake is so wonderful. Brunner Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Dogwood Acres is a great local campground. Lakes? Sure, Becton Pond is in the neighborhood. Camping at Paradise Lakes Resort is always a good experience, and Super 8 Chipley is a great place to get some rest. Brunner Pond is a reasonably  
   wet place regularly with a large amount of rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is October.
Swamps don’t sound that good but Bruner Bay next to Brunner Pond is relatively good, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Pettis Pond. During the warmest time of the year here at Brunner Pond, high temperatures typically get into the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's.
 
               The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 60's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Brunner Pond drop into the 30's. All the outdoors exciting things in the vicinity of Brunner Pond will keep you coming back over and over.
