Summer at Bright Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 70's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 60's with temperatures at Bright Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. The high level of rainfall makes Bright Lake a pretty wet location;       August is when you get the most rain here, and October is when it's the driest. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Bright Lake has to offer, you can camp at Blue Springs Park. This lake is so wonderful. You're perhaps into lakes, Black Lake is one of those close by. There's so much to do here at Bright Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hart Springs Park is a brilliant site for that.
