Comfort Inn De Land is a splendid spot to get some rest; if you came to camp Wild woods Resort is a good place to do that. On a splendid day at Boyd Lake you can take a hike along the Ocala National Recreation Trail. There's so much to do here at Boyd Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Parramore's Campground is a fine location for that. For the period of the summer months       here at Boyd Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 90's, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, mostly in the 70's. All through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 60's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Boyd Lake descend into the 40's. Boyd Lake is a pretty wet place mostly with a good deal of rainfall; July is the month that gets the most rain, and November is the month with the least moisture. Have a great hiking                  adventure along the Flatwoods Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Ecom Lodge. While you're here at Boyd Lake you can take a hike along the Baptist Lake Trasil, as expected you could also stop at Schimmerhorn Lake since you're here; it's not far at all.
